I swear these dipshits all think "probationary" comes from the only usage they know, like "scholastic probation" when you get bad grades in college. Dumbasses.

I'm thinking the children doing the purges at the gov level are looking at the word "probationary" and thinking it's a bad word, like "transition" and just doing a ctrl-f. They think these people are "on probation" for doing a bad job when that's really a word the govt uses to denote "new."
