special shoutout to an autistic psychiatrist friend who's anti self dx but told me, after knowing me for 2 years through discord, that i have a personality disorder, and who also still uses the term "Asperger's" for herself for reasons unfathomable to me

i called visa customer support and played dumb about the itch stuff and the guy just kept telling me to email even though i was like "but i'm calling you right now why can't you tell me anything about this" before he hung up on me.

so naturally i called back. a different lady did the same thing.
