As it relates to DEI initiatives and programs - these corporations have called OUR bluff. They've weighed the cost of not conforming to gov't pressure against an unlikely drop in ✊🏾 consumer spend. They don't believe WE will boycott in large enough numbers to impact their bottom line.

Kids get sick the following timeframes:

- Holiday Weekends
- Spring Break
- Thanksgiving break
- Christmas break
-Whenever you've taken PTO
- Corporate Presentation Days
- When one parent travels for work
-2 days before their birthday
- Tuesday

It feels like we're living in that flashback scene of every dystopian movie where they talk about the origins of how everything started (or went sideways).

I haven't seen a show as trippy as Severance since Mr. Robot. Although, Atlanta had some wild episodes.

Maybe this administration's strategy is to make things so bad and then reverse their actions, hope things look better and then claim victory.

This, if true, is an extremely stupid and costly strategy that you and I will pay for.

I already knew this was going to be an incompetent administration but this terrible DCA tragedy is the first major example of the severity of that incompetence.

Jurassic Park deserved everything that happened. That girl (who had never been to that park) was able to access an "encrypted" system under duress from a dinosaur in the other room. HOW? What kind of shop were they running over there. SMH

I allowed myself 30 minutes of network news today. WTAF. I can't afford to insulate and ignore what's happening outside my front door but my mental health can't afford to be engaged 24/7 for this presidency. Gotta find balance.

Parents: You ever *slightly* overcook your child's food and know instantly they will never eat that food. Acceptance is the first step. SMH

Went to Disney on Ice with my kid for the first time today. I learned a lot. First and most important lesson - get there early. Second lesson, it doesn't matter if you fed you kids before, the vendors and concessions are going to run up your credit card. Third lesson - hit the bathroom beforehand.

I appreciate the removal of Junk Fees for Hotels, Airlines, and Ticket platforms. But if we could just remove the junk fees from Uber Eats and Door Dash, that would be splendid.

My kids need me to be the best version of myself. I want what they need.

As a parent of small children, you want them to show independence and follow routines - like clearing the table and putting their dishes in the sink or dishwasher. What you could do without is the WAY they bring dishes and toss them in the sink like you're a peasant and walk off nonchalantly.
