The Guardian’s quick cryptic crossword on Saturdays is a good place to start. It uses only a few of the “tricks” in clueing and tells you which ones. Today’s has anagrams, decapitations, hidden words and final letters. Also sticking to one paper’s puzzle helps as each has its own style.
I love watching other women put on makeup on the Tube. Very annoying if I have to get off before I see the final results.
