I just found out this also sometimes happens if a Survivor is rescued from a hook while you're in Frenzy.

I think its some messy code from the new 2v8 changes.

There's a 50/50 chance that Legion cannot detect Survivors with Killer Instinct during Frenzy after they have mended.

BHVR Legion is broken this patch and sometimes can't detect people with Killer Instinct.
