There is no valid reason for Frank's, BFFs, and Scratched Ruler to be that lowly rated.

Stab Wounds Study is overrated, same with glasses. Etched Ruler is actively detrimental and without seeing marks and blood in Frenzy, is largely a nerf.

With Killer Instinct being fixed, the next Legion bugs that need addressing are the following:
- Any Mean Necessary preventing Pallet Vaults
- Camera motion ceasing when starting Frenzy
- Legion grunt sounds are duplicated in most instances

I have just tested all variations of The Legion's Killer Instinct bug. I am pleased to say that it is indeed, completely, fixed. 🔪

Would also be a somewhat interesting idea to have the different item rarities actually matter. For example, the Alex's Toolbox vs Commodious. More variety would be healthy.

As for Survivor Items, I like what the new Map and Keys do. 1 add-on per-rarity and they're all relatively useful. Rework Med-Kits, Toolboxes, and Flashlights to use the same system and we're golden.

Oh! Also completely delete (or rework) Vog Vials.

I don't think there are too many Killer add-ons. I think there are too many Killer add-ons WITH bad or repeat effects. Consolidate the repeats down into a single add-on for each Killer, and rework the rest.

I'm genuinely shocked there weren't more bug fixes on this patch. There isn't any perk or Killer balance changes either.

Basically, if you don't want to pay $10 this patch has nothing to offer you.
