I hated seeing the clip of the boos that came when #TeamUSA came into the stadium, and I hope they know that sound wasn't for them.

We watch a LOT of westerns (movies) at my workplace, and if you watch enough, you kind of figure out that all they do is ride horses, kicking up dust, and shoot and kill one another.

Warren Buffett famously said he buys businesses, not tickers. If you wouldn’t be comfortable owning the company for 10 years, don’t own it for 10 minutes.

Mondays are even more "trying" than usual these days, since the "news cycle" really gets going, and every headline brings dread, outrage, or confusion about how it is even happening. Monday's suck!

Saying lies out loud does not make them true.

The press loves to say that "new home-builders" are reducing their new home inventory list prices, but think about where most homes are, and whether they are the size and cost that most new homeowners can afford?
