So... I turned 44 today. I get told that I'm still young,but it's fair to say that I'm halfway through my life. I have now had the honor to vote for 2 different women to be president, but now I'm worried I may never see it happen in my lifetime. I want more for my daughter... not less.

I know it sounds optimistic.. but I just have to believe that there are enough republican senators left with a backbone that will not confirm some of these nominations. I just have to believe that or I may just go crazy.
