The circumstance where I might call something ethical would be one where I would expect it to create some sort of positive change, sometimes abusive behaviour is a form of attention seeking/control, so sometimes attempts to get vengeance can lead to you being more involved (and at risk)

Patient body lies on medical table. The body wears scrubs and black briefs. It’s been stabbed with 7 16g needles on each thigh, 7 16g needles on it’s collarbone, 7 16g needles on it’s neck, 14g 4 needle button on the throat, 7 16g needles in the forehead, 2 14g 3 needle button on each cheek of the face, and a few extra 14 g needles for good luck. All the needles except the buttons and forehead are stitched together with thin jack chain and pulled taught upwards. Each chain is weaved through bigger chain links inside a diabolical chain web on the rig above the body. The patients skin is incredibly elastic.

The body has now adjusted and been toyed with. Electrical currents are connected to every other thigh needle and the wrists are now chained hovering above the l*feless body.
