Dr. Jess Ting, who appears in newly released emails closely connected to Jeffrey Epstein’s circle (performing on-call surgery at his home even) also became one of the leading figures in gender‑affirming surgery in the United States with the support of Epstein’s network.

As intelligence handlers begin to be exposed by the Epstein file releases, it feels like a significant and empowering moment for survivors.
Countless survivors of secret intelligence programs have long sought acknowledgement and accountability for human rights violations.

They were unqualified and selected not for merit but because of privilege.
