Agree that unlikely to change much in the OR. Drain vs no drain -> I probably would not decide on that basis; high risk remains high risk

We did! Both CVP and PPV were down but more so with phlebotomy, with same volumes of iv fluids. PPV seems to be a better predictor than CVP.

We are running more analyses and plan to present these data in the new year.
