Getting sick must be the universe telling me to rest. ๐
18.07.2025 00:39 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Convenience is everywhere, but too much isn't good.
AI should be a tool to HELP you think, not do your thinking.
It should handle routine, repeatable tasks you don't need to learn while you focus on high-level execution and strategic thinking.
Creating content is supposed to be fun!
It's more fun you don't have to do the stuff you hate.
That's why you gotta delegate as soon as you can.
Little by little, you'll eventually feel a huge weight off of your shoulders.
It's better to share the things you love rather than share the things you hate.
Both are a stance. But only one puts positivity in the world.
Learning how to buy back my time is the next biggest thing I have to do.
That will be the foundation to getting more things done
It's not about how many hours you stream. It's about how good your stream is.
If you can't repurpose good content from your VODs, then you're not using your time and energy well.
Coming back here after a while I noticed that in gaming and esports, it feels like this platform is used to promote things more than having discussions.
Hmm I wonder how that can be changed.
2024 personal wins!
+ started working out consistently (5 months strong and still going!)
+ improved my mental health & became more emotionally stable
+ Had the courage to do the hard & scary things
+ Became more confident
+ got so much better at doing chores ๐
Wtf that's crazy. I'm so sorry that happened to your mom.
21.12.2024 20:34 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I'm just learning that BlueSky needs an AI feature to have an option to automatically add ALT text for people who aren't good at describing images or if it adds to posting anxiety for them.
05.12.2024 22:19 โ ๐ 4 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Creativity is a muscle that must be trained. Yes, sometimes inspiration strikes and you do amazing things.
But for the most part, it's the action that actually creates anything.
Action = Improvement
Improvement means the action is less scary to get started in the first place.
Can someone explain this to me? ๐
26.11.2024 01:51 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0So let's remind ourselves that our worth isn't measured against others but by the progress we make on our own path. Life is pretty hard right now for a lot of people, so I just want to write this to remind myself and you, the reader, that if you've ever felt this way, you're not alone โค๏ธ
24.11.2024 06:02 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0One hour of good work is better than zero. If I learned something new, that's a win. One step at a time, I'll eventually get to where I want to be.
24.11.2024 06:02 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Everyone moves at their own pace, and that's such an important concept to remember.
After that, I started to appreciate the little things a bit moreโthe small wins from day to day.
And I think that's the problem with busy people. We're so hyper-focused that we forget to take a step back and smell the flowers we planted. Appreciate the fruits of our labor. But it takes time for it to be noticeable, just like real flowers and fruit.
24.11.2024 06:02 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Analysis paralysis set in, and that made me go nowhere.
So I thought enough was enough. I had to unplug and look at realityโmy reality. My growth from 2023 to 2024 was actually HUGE. But I couldn't have seen this without reflecting.
It felt like everyone was winning and I was stuck in place. And that's because it's true.
The more I compared myself, the heavier life became. I started to doubt myself, trying to change the way I do things, thinking what I'm doing is wrong or isn't enough.
Comparison is the thief of joyโwe've all heard it, but living it is another story.
Lately, I've been finding myself lost in endless doom scrolling. Every post highlighted someone else's success: growing followers, making money, building a community, having financial freedom with little worries.
Oh yeah, you can spend hours on JRPGs haha
23.11.2024 23:29 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Single player gaming might be my saving grace.
I'm way too competitive. So when I play multiplayer games, I try hard to the point where it's like another career.
With single player games I can get lost and just enjoy myself. โค๏ธ
Not yet. Procrastinating ๐
20.11.2024 15:21 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I love that show!! I haven't started season 3 yet but I will soon ๐๐
20.11.2024 15:18 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0The more you share the more like-minded people will find you.
20.11.2024 04:03 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Making educational content is WAY HARDER than making gaming videos, for me. I had a video that didn't do well at all.
I wanted to share my process of tweaking the strategy with every new post or lesson.
(posting an image because I don't have enough characters on here lol)
This seems to be the sentiment from A LOT of my creator friends.
They just feel like they have to make content on social media instead of being social and engaging in discussions
I feel you! It's gonna be a slow and steady progress here. But at least the quality here outweighs the quantity of followers ๐
19.11.2024 06:27 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0A great tip for anyone who wants to include alt text is to throw it into chatgpt and ask it to describe the image to you for visually impaired people.
It does a really good job!
Yeah I learned to just get to the point and ask how they're doing after.
Personally, I genuinely care but it could come off as a conversation crutch if talked about in the beginning
Or just derail the whole point of the conversation haha
Definitely all in my gaming backlog!
