Side note: I tried blue and green light modes on this flashlight, but once again, they were both dim by comparison to red, and didn't show thru the skin even half as effectively as the red light. *shrugs*

I ordered one of Siliconenozzles sounding rods at 18 firm or 30 hardest, in translucent, then paired it with a bright but small LED flashlight, which produces a fiber optic like effect. I put a little more effort into coupling mine together, but a little electrical tape could also do in a pinch
