Took 200cc motorcycle to work today instead of cycling, I was not less tired after, and as i blasted down the bypass at 70mph just kept thinking i wish i was riding my bicycle. 🤯

Have not run much lately, gone from working 3 days a week to 5, so cycle commuting 12miles a day, and doing about 5k steps at work. Hopefully once I adjust to my new work schedule, i can pick up running again without much issue, though I may just aim for a HM this year rather than a short ultra.
