I heard what economists had to say. Specifically around planning finances based on assumed revenue. No one recommends it. And his tax cuts don’t come until year 4 and 5. Carney’s take effect July 1. You don’t need to be an economist to read.

I appreciate that he didn’t try to oversell a tax cut, which means that he’s thought about the budget and accounted for it.
This could mean groceries for a week for or a needed tank of gas to get to work or the ability to pay for medication for a low income person.
