HUD’s “Site & Neighborhood Standards” rules prevent us siting new Faircloth units at P3, because of the demographics of that census tract. But we have an active program to build all 3000 Faircloth units across the city! PH subsidy alone is not enough for new construction, so takes multiple sources.
“It's really exciting for us because we feel like it could be the tip of an iceberg of converting many thousands of units," said @kenziebok.bsky.social , administrator of the Boston Housing Authority.

Great news for our whole community, which is blessed by all that Haitian Bostonians contribute to our city. Praying that the wisdom, mercy, and righteousness of this ruling will be sustained.
