Our findings provide new insights into how B cells discriminate between antigens—highlighting mechanisms that help prevent autoreactive responses.
In this study, we used a panel of monoclonal antibodies to investigate how naïve B cells can selectively respond to membrane-bound antigens while largely ignoring their soluble counterparts.
