It was also fabulous to connect with 2021 Australian of the Year, Grace Tame, who for a long time now, has been an absolute inspiration to me with her tenacity and determination to create hashtag#change.

It was a pleasure to finally meet Harrison James JP in person, who I have been "online friends" with for some time now. Harrison does exceptional work and advocacy in this space. He is an aware winning #activist, speaker, #survivor, and co-founder of the #YourReferenceAintRelevant campign.

Last week I attended the screening of "Such a Resounding Silence". A great documentary about the terrible reality of incest, when sexual abuse is perpetrated by a family member. The documentary is very eye opening. Certainly worth a watch. Fantastic to see Harrison James and Grace Tame in support

Does the government actually think this will work? This will create greater tensions and divides. There are so many factors that prevent a child attending school. “Bad parenting” is rarely one.
