I feel like anyone who even sees me thinks I'm some kind of psychopath and potentially dangerous and would to prefer to avoid me as much as possible and I don't blame them. But in actuality I don't want to hurt anyone. I always wanted to be the person who helped people...

Minor disagreements, minor corrections or scolding and I feel such incredible embarrassment and spiraling self-hatred that I can't really control it and my mood gets darker, more depressed and these days more angry as well.

Literally even the slightest negative interaction sends me spiraling. If I get so much as a message deleted in a stream I have to immediately leave the stream and in some cases feel the immense urge to unfollow the streamer on Twitch and all other platforms.

I'm too mentally unstable to make it much longer in this world to be honest. That's not my mental illness speaking, just me being objective. I get more erratic by the day it feels like, no amount of medication has helped in over 25 years and I don't have access to anything else.
