There are exactly 100 days between September 23rd and January 1st.

Last year, I challenged myself to lose weight during those 100 days, and I ended up losing 18 kilos.

What challenge should I take on this year?

Some days, I'd eat less throughout the day just to enjoy a pizza, but i'd make sure I stay in a deficit.
