As Jews, we reject the Danish government's plan for fighting racism. Its willful disregard for rising Islamophobia is not only morally appalling but also endangers all minorities. Jewish safety depends on combating racism. Your measures against antisemitism do not justify your Islamophobic agenda.

Thank you so much! I was sorry that illness forced to zoom in rather than attend in person. I like your paper too. I studied Arabic for a while and despite not working with Arabic (morpho)phonology I find traditional explanations unintuitive and your proposal makes more sense to me.

The phonology of stød is complex. But in the article, I argue that the complexity of stød in compounds has previously been exaggerated because of an exceptional pattern being mistaken for a general rule. Resulting analyses become overly complex and still either overgenerate or undergenerate. (2/3)
