To fully support workers in this province, we must:
✅ End double-breasting.
✅ Create a strong path from apprenticeship to employment
✅ Invest in long-term retention

Did you know that Alberta is one of the only provinces that has no laws protecting workers’ tips?
That needs to change.
Bill 210 requires employers to pass on all tips to workers without deduction. Workers may choose to pool tips if they agree.
This is common sense legislation.
