Thanks, this is actually a semi awake approach. Where 18F-FDG is taken up while the animal is awake and freely moving in their home cage. Then sedated and we take a snapshot of the accumulated activity.

But anyways I would love to hear about your awake head fixation as well. After new years 😉

We didn't look at the visual cortex in this study, we had two prespecified circuits. But we will make the data available to anybody.
