Bloody FREEZING here but no snow yet, my husband works in an office on much higher ground though and they had a wee smattering! Winter is here!!

The impact wasn't as noticeable as it usually is when I forget cos usually I also have to get through work, so that's good! But the end of the day was badddddd and I went to sleep at 9pm

It got to 5pm yesterday and I literally couldn't keep my eyes open and I wondered why everything had been so hard all day and why my husband didn't love me 🤔 and then I remembered I hadn't taken my m£th 😂

A well-meaning friend replied to my Instagram post that BMI is nonsense and not to pay any attention to it, but the post was about total weight of fat in my body which is 45.9kg, not BMI. If my BMI was 45.9 we'd have serious problems 😅
