He actually played well against the Steelers last week in his first game with real playing time, but he looked pretty bad on those last two plays for sure.

I met him downtown while he was out with his family at an event and he was such a nice guy, very kind. It’s nice that some of us remember players like that who really tried to turn it around under horrible ownership.

You're 100% right, and I was just talking to a coworker about that which makes it fresh in my memory. They were mediocre right up until the playoffs and flipped that switch. I hope this group can do it. I haven't seen a secondary play this poorly in a while, since probably 2007 with their injuries.

Shit, I'll take almost any defensive year over this current squad. Maybe not the first few seasons Ravens defense, but certainly the rest since like '99. One of my other favorites was the 2006 defense, held eventual Super Bowl Champion Peyton Manning and the Colts to 15 points in their playoff game.
