For banana bread - lots of recipes on line. Add room temp whole berries to dough before putting into bread pan.

Cranberry orange sauce is 1 cup of water, 1 bag of cranberries, 1/2 cup sugar, boil the mixture at a low boil until the berries crack open. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Take off the heat. While mixture is still hot, add zest of one orange, then peel the orange and dice it and add in the chunks.
