Brereton is doing a great job of filibustering this NACC oversight committee hearing which has just 90 minutes for questions from senators. Almost half an hour gone now and he's still in his opening statement. Mostly rehash of his speech from last week so far.

Brereton desperately trying to justify how he doesn’t have a conflict of interest in selecting the ‘eminent’ lawyer to investigate the #Robodebt decision. Where is Australia’s head lawyer @MarkDreyfusKCMP This is his remit? Why hasn’t he asked #Brereton to stand down?💀☠️
