In details, we show that upon starvation, EERCS transiently stabilize at the omegasomal membrane and ER-exit sites, promoting local Caยฒโบ release and phase transition. Within EERCS confined interspace, Rab3A nanovesicles undergo homo-fusion, mediated by RAB3GAP, driving proto-phagophore assembly.
