Keeping it simple and affordable, so no fluorescence on our adaption. But we can still do a lot of research label-free, and we have new analysis hopefully coming that will help even further with @piximi-official.bsky.social and #CellPhe

Many thanks Julian. The latest incubators were too well insulated! The motors heat was enough to overheat the incubator, hence some of the changes. The OFM is awesome, so a BIG thanks to you for the original work and ease of access and use. I am sure many more adaptations will come

Why is live-cell imaging not common place? How many competent systems are available outside well funded labs?
Our LCI-OFM will help support the development and wider adoption of live cell imaging across LMICs, and open up live-cell imaging for project students across the world.
