It feels like such a dilemma because due to all the attention and attacks I’m getting it feels hard to just up and suddenly leave. People are working on things for me and I don’t want to not be able to accept it anymore and disappoint them

I’m so so grateful for all the attacks I’ve gotten on AF, but my mental state has deteriorated so badly because of various things that I feel like I actually want pull out for the remainder of the event for my own sake v_v

This could just be a burst of the moment emotional thing tho

since I still had an unfinished comm, I decided to be Responsible and completely ignore checking AF until it was done

well I finished that comm and finally checked AF for the first time since it started

hey, what the FUCK do you mean I got attacked 173 times and it hasn't even been 24hrs yet!!!

I noticed a lot of the users who first signed up when the new AF site opened were people from the CS oekaki community (including myself!), so it’s not surprising I’d know a lot of users

It’s cool seeing how many of these ppl are still actively participating in Artfight still after all these years

I used Artfight’s user search feature to browse users from older to newest for fun and I discovered that I actually knew /a lot/ more people than I thought. Like, both people I’ve interacted with and people I just simply Know

It was nice seeing names I recognized… but damn it’s kinda crazy tho

yearly reminder for artfight to always comment on ALL the attacks you receive, and not just the "pretty" ones or the one from friends! let's make sure everyone's efforts are properly seen and acknowledged 🫶🫶🫶

found out artfight's new user search system defaults to oldest -> newest and that when you filter it to team crystal, I appear on the second page, because I'm that old apparently

anyways this means that this past day I have been getting bombarded with follows from fossil people and ngl I am Afraid
