I’m still mentally recovering from #SHAPEBaltimore and although I had many great connection I mistakenly didn’t take enough pictures. I was so caught up with the experience I forgot. The sessions were great but the people made my time the most rewarding!

Hey Ian! We have 88 minute blocks. 6 min locker room on each end, 3 min for attendance/ opening message, 3-5 min connection activity, 15 min warm-up/game, 10 minutes debrief, 35-40 for main activity. I can get add’l time if I do a shorter warm up.
