The Founders placed the War Powers in Congress for a reason. Congress must stand up to the President and repeal the Authorization for Use of Military Force.

We have been here before. America invaded Iraq almost exactly 23 years ago. When the dust settled, we had spent trillions, traumatized generations on both sides, and committed untold atrocities.

I condemn the US and Israeli invasion of Iran. At a time when Americans cannot afford to pay energy bills, groceries, and rent, the President should invest in stabilizing our nation. Instead, he will spend a blank check on destabilizing a region at the behest of Israel.
