Yeah that's how it gets me too. Flare ups. Sometimes a day or two. Sometimes they're months long. No trigger, rhyme or reason. And when it turns off it's like a light switch. I literally snap back to normal.

Supplements have been helping but they're no cure. And good lawd are they expensive.

So what do they have you doing about it, if anything? Diet, exercise, vitamin regimen? Antibiotics? Steroids? Has anyone recommended anything that helped?
