224th SFS An-124 CONDOR RA-82037 RFF8476 was briefly tracked eastbound over BFA and later landed back at Benghazi LBY. It most likely was en route back from Bamako MLI.

Here are screenshots of RA-76360 flying south from Algiers on 18, 23 Nov, 02, 07 Dec with the three bases color coded: Laghaout – Blue; Ain Oussera – Yellow; Oum el Bouaghi – Green. If it is going to one of these three bases it appears the best candidate is Laghaout.

however, tracking picked up south of Ain Eddis so I do not think that is where RA-76360 went. Also I was informed, quite succinctly that Ain Eddis is a helicopter base and below are the locations for where the new aircraft are based.

Three and a half hours after tracking dropped Gelix Airlines Il-76TD CANDID RA-76360 was picked up flying back to Algiers. Again the base it reportedly went to was Ain Eddis and I thought that in the past and even suggested that is where the Su-57 FELON were going to be stationed;

Late on 06 Dec Gelix Airlines Il-76TD CANDID RA-76360 took off from Mineral’nye Vody and again flew to Algiers DZA. It departed and flew south.

I was thinking the flights to Harar Meda could be related to the reported purchase of Su-35 FLANKER by ETH; however, Su-35’s are produced at Komsomolsk-na-Amur. defensemirror.com/news/40312/R...

On 05 Dec it flew from Novosibirsk back to Kuwait City and on 06 Dec it again flew to Harar Meda military airfield taking off approximately three hours later and flying to Addis Ababa. On 07 Dec it departed and flew to Fujairah UAE.

On 30 Nov Gelix Airlines Il-76TD CANDID RA-76373 flew from Kuwait City to Harar Meda military airfield ETH. It later flew to Addis Ababa and then to Fujairah UAE. On 02 Dec it flew to Irkutsk International airport and on 03 Dec to Irkutsk Vostochnyj airport later flying to Novosibirsk Tolmachevo.

On 07 Dec 224th SFS An-124 CONDOR RA-82037 departed Benghazi and was briefly tracked westbound over BFA.

On 05 Dec VKS Il-76MD-90A CANDID RF-78664 flew from Moscow (CKL) to a location in southern RUS (probably Mineral’nye Vody). On 06 Dec it took off and flew to Khmejmim Airbase, did an anti-SAM maneuver, landed and departed after less than three hours and is en route back to RUS.

On 06 Dec Gelix Airlines Il-76TD CANDID RA-76360 took off from Novosibirsk Tolmachevo and likely flew to Mineral’nye Vody, stopping to refuel/crew rest before another run to DZA. Tracking puts the aircraft landing in GEO, but I believe that was spoofed.

On 06 Dec FSB Border Guards Tu-154M CARELESS RA-85084 and An-148 RA-61712 flew from Moscow (VKO) to K-Grad (KGD). Both are possibly en route back to Moscow. Two FSB aircraft going to K-Grad in one day?

After approximately three hours on the ground at Khmejmim Airbase RA-82037 took off and flew into LBY, possibly landing at Benghazi.

On 04 Dec 223rd SFS Il-76MD CANDID RA-78840 RFF8497 took off from Moscow (CKL) and is likely en route to Khmejmim Airbase SYR. SFS An-124 CONDOR RA-82037 RFF8476 is right behind and may also go to Khmejmim Airbase.

On 04 Dec SFS An-124 CONDOR RA-82037 RFF8476 is southbound over TUR. It allegedly took off from Krasnodar; however, it is more likely that it took off from somewhere else.

SFS Il-96 CAMBER RA-96019 RSD669 also arriving at Delhi.

Looks like Putin was on RA-96025.

Tu-214SUS Special Airborne Communications Hub RA-64524 RSD731 is also en route to Delhi to support Putin’s visit.

So, it is RA-96025 RSD369 and Il-96PU CAMBER Airborne Command Post RA-96022 RSD221 that are going to Delhi. RA-96022 is Putin’s ‘old’ airplane and though it has been upgraded, Putin is likely on RA-96025, but we will see.

On 01 Dec Aviakon Tsitotrans Il-76TD CANDID RA-78765 flew from Astrakhan to K-Grad. It departed on 04 Dec and is en route back to Astrakhan. This aircraft made two recent trips to K-Grad and has also been in Chandigarh IND and I am wondering if there is a connection.

It is possible that RA-96024 is en route to Delhi and the track making it look like it flew from (ZIA) to (SVO) was spoofed.

According to tracking RA-96024 took off from Moscow (VKO) but was later tracked flying from Moscow (ZIA) to Moscow (SVO). This is odd!

After its latest trip to DZA Gelix Airlines Il-76TD CANDID RA-76360 departed on 02 Dec and flew to Mineral’nye Vody. On 03 Dec it flew to Novosibirsk Gorodskoj Airport, likely to load up for another trip to DZA. On 04 Dec it flew over to Novosibirsk Tolmachevo and will likely soon head back to DZA.

Il-96PU CAMBER Airborne Command Post RA-96024 (another one of Putin’s aircraft) also took off from Moscow (VKO) this morning and was tracked briefly. This aircraft is also likely en route to Delhi.
