Catalysing Positive Digital Infrastructure Innovation: G20's Role in Advancing Data Agency
This policy brief calls for a redesign of global digital infrastructure to centre citizen agency, equity, and sustainability.
"As data increasingly drives economic and social power, current models – dominated by a handful of Big Tech platforms – entrench structural inequalities, diminish user control, and undermine public trust."

The technical obliviousness I see in #cdned is often seated in science obliviousness. We need this kind of communications focus across all STEM programs.
If you can't explain it so people understand it, you're part of the problem.

Building thermodynamic computing hardware that is radically more energy efficient than GPUs.
A TSU is a type of probabilistic computer that is programmed to sample from probability distributions. The inputs to a TSU are a set of parameters that define the shape of some probability distribution, and the outputs are samples from the defined distribution.

From looking at this for years, about 1/3 of the population is digitally capable (less than 10% are highly capable).
The students who left TikTok long enough to try #AI have started giving up and going back to what's comfortable (like most people do).
Meanwhile the fast movers have doubled down.
