Engineering as a beautiful work of art. This is the Kylesku Bridge on the west coast of Sutherland, seen in summer and in winter. The bridge replaced the Kylesku Ferry - or a 100-mile detour via Lairg - when it opened in 1984. More pics and info: www.undiscoveredscot...

Cairn Memsie is a huge, circular pile of stones located in fenced grassland next to the county road and an adjacent house.
The Cairns of Memsie in #Aberdeenshire were once a โ4,000 yr old cemeteryโ of three large burial cairns separated by about 100m โฆ now this is the only one left #TombTuesday
