Some companies claim they can ‘resurrect’ species. Does that make people more comfortable with extinction? If de-extinction tech can bring back species, are people more comfortable with them going extinct? A new study tests this idea.

This article sums up nicely to danger of de-extinction experiments (which thus far haven’t been successful). If extinction isn’t permanent, then it’s not so bad. That’s dangerous thinking.

For months, I’ve known one of my auxiliary backup lights was hung crooked. It’s something I doubt anyone else would notice, but once I saw it, I couldn't ignore it.

Long story short, I ended up spending the afternoon addressing several minor issues that only I would ever notice.
