It’s like, how can I improve if no one tells me what’s wrong or what they expected instead? Rejection after rejection without it just tears at self-esteem and makes people want to stop doing what supposedly gives them joy. I agree with you, it is very tiring…

I think people really need to understand that offering feedback is different from harsh and non constructive criticism. Knowing what is wrong helps growing; being continuously rejected without knowing why just festers resentment and hate.
