The pointed nose section of a Boeing 737-800 fills the frame as it is parked on stand. The radome is framed to the very right and centred horizontally as the curvature of the airframe sweeps to the left. Presented in black and white the livery of the airframe presents sharp and contrasting lines. The radome is completely white whilst the rest of the fuselage is black or dark blue on the lower half and euro white on its upper half. A thin contrasting colour separated the two, presenting as a brighter white in this grayscale photo. The ground power cable can be seen dangling from its socket, a ramp agents headset hanging from it. Above the numbers 737-800 are emblazoned, denoting the aircraft type.

A Boeing 787-9 is reflected in Shanghai’s Pudung International Airport Terminal building awaiting push back. It is a nose on view allowing you to see the front of plane, its engines as well as the tailplane. The narrow white vertical structure of the building breaks up the reflection in 5 places with seemingly irregular spacing. This is juxtaposed with the much more regular horizontal black window frames holding the reflective glass.
