He's a great mini. Luckily for me, my Dad put all my old stuff into the loft and I was able to dig it all out last year. I've over 2 dozen of these old guys to repaint.

One of my favourite Space Orks, a late 80s, early 90s Runtherd. The right arm with choppa is from a modern sprue, modified with Green Stuff to fit the older style. This is another fantastic sculpt from the incredibly talented Kevin Adams.

This is fantastic.

It does indeed, another really interesting miniature.

The was a warband called "The Brood" released the included this model. At the same time there were a few Chaos Orks released, I have the Choas Champion. I've used modern arms on them (left arm on this one) but they need a lot of trimming as the old models a much smaller and slimmer.

A 360° view of my Ork Genestealer Hybrid Freebooter. The model was released back in 1990 and is a 3rd generation hybrid... wish they had done more of these.

The models themselves, being so interesting, encouraged me to look into the more modern techniques and really concentrate on my brushwork. Hopefully I can keep improving, a pair of +2 reading glasses have already proved to be a game changer!

Another old miniature from my collection, and quite a rare one. This is an Ork Genestealer hybrid Freebooter, with some minor conversions, including arms from an original Genestealer trimmed and fitted to the model.
