It's really frustrating that a lot of the media just sort of frames the Trump admin as "wading into a hot debate over trans issues that have roiled american politics" when it's like, clear that they are motivated by a desire to demean trans people

it is actually a major fucking political problem for this administration that they have key decision makers who believe the GOP will never have to win a fair election again

insofar as the party is useful to his goal of creating an all-white ethnostate which purges or imprisons all non-whites from within its borders, he will use them, and he will ignore them when they are not.

the thing is, they've turned everything immigration-related to stephen miller, who has never run for office, has never held an elected position, and who could not win a popularity contest consisting solely of members of his own household. he is indifferent to the future of the republican party.

they've just never had to work hard for anything, they've never had to fight for anything, they're never satisfied with their efforts, they've never had anything they wanted to fight *for*, they don't believe in anything or anyone, including themselves

part of it is that they hate women, part of it is that they hate her specifically because they think she should want to fuck them, part of it is that all this shit is for the benefit of like 10K people on twitter who've all been legally prohibited from having unsupervised time with their children
