I had to open a bottle of wine for my risotto so I guess I need to finish this now 🍷 (except white)

Dinner tonight is mixed mushroom risotto, smoked and seared tri-tip, and roasted Brussels sprouts. With a Bordeaux since I guess we are drinking wine tonight.

I’m currently reading The Women by Kristin Hannah. Oddly enough, my new neighborhood book club picked The Nightingale by the same author as our first book. Has anyone read either? I’m totally enthralled with The Women. It’s very good.
