Unfortunately there's a special control port that is only on a few models; I'm not sure if there's a way to adapt the signals to the more common RS-232 port seen on a lot of newer LaserDisc players

Yeah it's really interesting; the MSX VHD games (which includes Time Gal, apparently) do use a separate cassette for the program

I believe this is basically the full coin-op laserdisc footage! But with the graphics for your ship and such generated by the MSX so there's a bit of a downgrade
