Yes! Walked into a bbq place in a strip mall Friday at 6pm and all the chairs were up which was odd but as time went it became clear food wasn't something they usually did. They managed to make something delicious for us but when we left we agreed it was clearly a front.

The only time the teacher should be concerned with that is if the kid is drawing inappropriate things, or if kid is drawing on someone else's clothes. Hell I remember seeing kids in high school go to school in a regular t shirt and leave with it cut up and held together with safety pins.
