My dad went to 3 different pharmacy’s yesterday after a titer blood test showed that the vax he had as a kid in the 50’s (not “live” version) was no longer effective. We are scrambling to get him re-immunized…he is a cancer survivor and has compromised immunity. This is scary, and we live in Oregon!

The trim above the light blue ribbon inspired this whole look….when I go hunting and gathering for a new sewing project I don’t always know what I’m looking for. Always start in the trim aisle! Fancy Pants!

An array of colored bloomers, from right to left we have green, black, purple, pink, and navy. This picture shows the pants folded from the knee down. Each pant leg is decorated with a variety of lace and ribbon, sewn to pant horizontally to make stripes that stack down the lower leg.

Pink linen/rayon blend fabric bloomer pants. Flowy and loose up top with elastic waistband and a drawstring. Includes two front pockets cut in an organic shape with beige cotton lace trim along opening of pocket. From the knee down to almost the ankle we have highly decorated bottoms including cotton lace and various ribbon trims sewn to leg horizontally around, in an alternating pattern with pink fabric showing between. Trim is beige cotton lace, satin ribbon in an oatmeal color, and a fabric trim including small pink flowers stitched into ribbon. The hem is finished with tiny, beige ribbon with little poms hanging off the edge.
Feeing pink? These bloomers match that vibe. Find similar Fancy Pants this spring at my Saturday Market booth in Eugene OR.
