A recent report by Michele Fusaroli, Joseph Mitchell, Annette Rudolph, Elena Rocco, and Riccardo Fusaroli, explores the cautious integration of directed acyclic graphs into disproportionality analyses to help synthesise evidence, map biases, and support more qualified causal hypotheses:

Medications can become less effective or unsafe if they are not stored correctly. This includes keeping them at the right temperature.
