Someone was makogn a.308 3d printed galil clone, trial and error but he had it down pretty goof. Most that are put out pinlicly are .22LR dealios, like one I bought a parts kit for.

There have actually been experiments and tests by people smarter than me! Short andwer is not easily, there's one person makong a caseless .50 cal (not bmg, just a half inch round) electronically fired weapon but I haven't kept up with that project.

You can also 3d print plastic/poly pistol frames. Notably, if you know what you're doing.

The best thing you can hope for if you use the wrong settings and/or the wrong filament is thr frame cracks dramatically.
