We got new neighbours in December 2024 after the house next door had been empty for c18 months. The people are lovely and they have an elderly cat who has just started going out in their back garden. Bailey is not happy at all about this and spends 90% of her evenings like this 🙈

Bailey has really been struggling in the heat. Despite being rescued from Bahrain, she struggles with the heat and humidity in the UK. Lots of "flooping" and finding colder spots the last week or so 🥵

Bailey is on a diet as she's now officially "fat", so the feeding time (as well as the quantity and type of food) is another thing that she's distinctly unimpressed by currently 😆

Bailey's normally not too bad (6am earliest if we've forgotten to top her biscuits up the night before) so we're pretty lucky! My previous cat would lie across my face and suffocate me at 4am if she was hungry 😆

I find watching most sports very stressful. Even if I don't have a favourite, I still prefer to remove myself from the anxiety. The only exception is F1, which I have followed since I can remember, and I have multiple favourites!
Football this week meant Lego building and Hunger Games for me 😆
