Reply: There is no need to mischaracterize my post elsewhere after not even responding to me. My comment was a response to someone else regarding where I thought people were getting the association between Gilded Past and conservativeness. It's in the name itself--the definition of "gilded," especially combined with a word like "past." It's an obvious connection history that people would make. It's also in the royal affiliation (royal governments are conservative). I even said Infold probably mistranslated it and didn't realize the name has an inherently negative connotation. I didn't say that as an insult against any who ended up on that arbitrary team people are so defensive about. I did not anywhere imply an association with any modern extremist faction and those who chose the pink team. But, arguably, yes, the Gilded Past would probably represent the conservative/royalist political faction of Miraland, if that existed within the game's lore. That's just part of what comes with the old/aristocratic vibes. And also, it's important to remember that conservative didn't mean extremist in most of history.
