The President cannot pardon nor commute Contempt of Court punishment by the judge. Imprisonment is rare however.

All US Citizens should apply for their Passport, or a RealID drivers license asap. Make sure you keep it with you at all times. The last time an adminstration forcibly expelled people; as Trump is planning to do; US Citizen's were expelled along with the 'illegal' aliens.
