The British government spent more than £1.1million on training 350 members of the Chilean armed forces in the UK between 1981 and 1984. A further 330 Chilean military personnel received training from the British armed forces in Chile in the same period.

Trump orders 'blockade' of sanctioned oil tankers leaving, entering Venezuela
This is Washington's latest move to increase pressure on Nicolas Maduro's government, targeting its main source of income.
A naval blockade is illegal under international law unless approved by the UN security council or there is a declaration of war.
These are unilateral sanctions and the US has no legal authority to enforce them in international waters
